This is an award for a writer who shows spirit, a good cheerleader for keeping morale up and activity going. Someone who goes above and beyond and truly embodies the spirit of the sim. This award is named in honor of the late DC Fontana as a tribute to the spirit she added to the Trek universe as a writer.

Spirit of Fontana – nominating Jan aka Vali for this. She is amazing! Not only does she draw everyone in with her storylines she makes them believable and compelling to the point where I can’t wait to open my email to see what post came out. She has an amazing love of JPs and is always willing to help other writers and get involved in the story. She had a creative streak that is a true gift. |

Nominate Alex aka Lindsey. For her amazing character development and her writing and growth over the last quarter. We've seen the character go through highs an lows but always grow from each experience. She's also picked up the ball several times when the CO and XO have gone in the busy phase. |
