Having returned from Broz T'Lanna made her excuses to go and clean up, not that she was that dirty. She did have some sand between her toes that she wanted to get out. She also needed to check on Bones and make sure he was alright.

Walking into her quarters she smiled as she was greeted by a highly excited puppy, glad to see that he hadn't made her quarters his personal toilet. In fact he'd used the very spot that she'd laid out for him to use as a toilet. "Clever boy Bones!" She smiled as she patted him on the head and gave him a big fuss. "Give me a few minutes to shower and I'll take you for a walk okay?"

Heading for the bathroom she wasn't surprised to find Bones right behind her every step of the way. "Okay you can stay there but you are not joining me in the shower!"

A little while later and freshened up T'Lanna took Bones for a walk, as they strolled along the decks she wasn't surprised when Bones sat at the door of Soral's quarters. "He's not there at the moment boy" She gave Bones a loving pet. "Don't you worry your master will be back soon enough, for now you're stuck with me."

Sge thought about taking him back to her quarters but instead she took Bones with her, she'd seen him happily settle on the bridge and in Soral's office so she knew he'd be okay to go with her.

" Come on boy, let's go visit the bridge for and see if there's any news on when Soral and the others will be back." She gently tugged his leash until he stood and walked with her.

She had to admit she liked having Bones around, she could see the appeal of having a pet not that she'd be getting herself one anytime soon. For now she'd concentrate on looking after Bones as she'd promised Soral.
