Location: Raith’s Quarters

The day had been a long one, a chat with Ryan later T’Lanna had gotten back to work before the end of shift had finally come around. Making her way to Raith’s Quarters, T’Lanna let herself in making for the bedroom to surprise Raith when he got back from his shift, right now she just needed to forget the events of the day and be with the man she loved.

Having finished off the final job on his list for the shift, Raith had logged himself off for the end of the day and put away his tools in the Auxiliary Operations room. Glad that he was done for a few hours, he decided to head back to his quarters and try to get an early night. There had been a lot of work on board of late, however, he was glad it was keeping him occupied.

Raith made his way back and as the door closed behind him as he entered his quarters. He took off his duty jacket and placed it on the back of the chair at his desk before heading over to he replicator to get himself a drink.

Hearing the door slide open and movement in the living area T’Lanna slid off the bed, moving to the bedroom doorway in one of Raith’s shirts she stood in the doorway. “Hey you ... I’ve been waiting for you to get home.”

Raith smiled as he finished a sip of his drink and turned to see T’Lanna in the bedroom doorway in one of his shirts. He took a moment to admire the view before answering her.

"Well, it's obvious that shirt definitely looks better on you than it did on me," he said as he put his drink down on the desk and walked over to her. Embracing her gently, Raith kissed her on the cheek. "How long have you been waiting?" he asked.

“Not long” T’Lanna smiled as she held him close. “I had one hell of a day and I couldn’t think of anyone better to help me work off the stress.” She grinned as her fingers moved to his clothing, sliding her fingers underneath trailing along his skin gently.

Raith let out a sigh of relief as he felt T'Lanna touch him under his clothing. He decided that it was only fair to make things easier for her after she had had a stressful day and he couldn't imagine a better way to work off that stress than being together with her. Shrugging off his top and standing there half-naked before her, Raith smiled as she carried on trailing along his skin gently.

"You do realize that vigorous exercise is one recommended way of working off stress and allowing for a more relaxed state of mind afterwards," he said with a wry smile on his face as he kept eyeing her wearing the shirt and how good it did look on her...although he also wanted to see her without it as well.

“That’s just what I thinking” She smiled as she took his hand and pulled him into the bedroom and across to the bed. She paused to unbutton the shirt she was wearing and let it gape open. “How’s about you help me out of this shirt?”

Raith slowly moved his hands in opposite directions as the shirt fell to the floor and he saw T'Lanna's natural form before him. As she stood before him, he slowly laid her on the bed before him and moved to position himself above her. He leaned in and started placing kisses upon her as he made it clear that all he wanted to do was worship her and work off that stress together.

"So, this stressful day, whats made it so difficult, tell me about it so I know how much hard work I have ahead of me," he asked of her as he continued to place kisses on her.

“Hmmm let’s just say Ryan found me hiding under my desk earlier!” She let her hands hold him close enjoying the feeling of his body on top of hers.

"Tell me about it, why were you crying and what did Ryan find out?" he asked her as he listened to T'Lanna whilst he continued stroking her skin.

“I was terrified over there Imzadi!” Her hands gripped his skin as she spoke. “Your words about putting myself at risk were ringing in my ears! All I could think was that I was risking my son’s life.” She looked into his eyes. “I also wanted to be here with you again.”

Raith stopped for a moment and placed his hands on her, making sure that she felt safe. "Its ok, your safe now and your back in one piece...I was worried whilst you were gone too...I worked as much as I could to occupy my mind, but I still worried," he explained. "But your safe now...with me." He stroked her hair gently as he spoke, allowing T'Lanna to try and calm down a little.

"In fact, its just the two of us, here, together...and we have some time to be alone together if you want it..." he whispered to her, missing her and holding her gently. He could tell that she'd been terrified whilst she'd been on the away mission, however, T'Lanna had done her duty as an officer and he was proud of that.

T'Lanna smiled. " I want it, I want you Raith. Just to be here with you makes me feel safe and loved." She ran her fingers down his back enjoying the feel of his skin.

"In that case, let's enjoy each others company and work off this stress of yours....in a pleasing manner, eh?" Raith offered before rolling over and kissing T'Lanna deeply and passionately, showing her how much he wanted to be with her. After they pulled apart from the kiss, both of them breathing heavily and panting, Raith made one final comment to her.

"Tee, don't hold back...don't even think about it...I can take it, ok?" he told her. Knowing how much he had missed her whilst she had been away and how much he wanted her there and then, added to the fact that of what she meant to him and he was glad she was back in one piece, Raith was in the mood for a night that would be more vigorous and passionate than they had been so far in their relationship.

“I won’t I promise!” T’Lanna gently cupped his face in her hands. “I want us to bond Raith if I let go that’s exactly what will happen. Our minds will meet and I hope you’re ready for what it will feel like, from what I know it’s a feeling, more profound than either of us has ever felt before.” She kissed him feverishly. “I love you.”

"I love you too T'Lanna, I'm yours...and I always will be. I want to bond with you and I'm not afraid," he promised her before returning the kiss to her. Raith felt aglow with T'Lanna and he wasn't going to deny that. He was willing to do whatever was necessary for her and it was unlike any other time as he prepared for her and what was to come.
