Mission: Operation: Peace or P'Jem
It was pretty boring in the prison by herself. There were no other inmates as yet to speak to and the magazines had been flicked through enough times that Ade could quote every punch line and article contents. Thankfully she'd been given a notebook and pencil to entertain herself.
She was no artist, but she had been drafting her wedding dress for when they got out. The woman was proud of her figure and knew she didn't want to hide it. All of her sketched had been absent of anything princess like, and were more in favour of fishtail and other fitted gowns. In her mind's eye, she just knew that she wanted something classic and traditional in homage to her roots if possible.
"Lights out," came a booming voice through the corridor. It wasn't much of a warning, more a statement. Apparently it was a game to see what little things could make a person miserable.
"Buona notte e sogni d'oro," she sarcastically muttered to herself as you placed her book and pencil under her slab they considered a bed and found a comfortable position. Before long, she was out, fast asleep.

The day on the holodeck was warm. There was a slight cool breeze that kept the temperature tolerable and made it seem like a natural setting. White chairs with bows were scattered everywhere and people seemed to be shuffling and taking their place. Eyelaya fluttered about making sure that the last of the details were in place before she went to see the bride.
Adrianna looked to a long mirror in front of her, inspecting herself all put together. The dress was an elegant, lace, floor length gown that was the unusual mix between seductive and conservative. It was unique to Adrianna and it screamed Adrianna.
Adrianna spotted Eyelaya coming in and smiled, turning around, "everything ready?"
Eyelaya smiled, "It's coming together! You look so beautiful!"
Adrianna smiled even more looked back to the mirror, "I still haven't decided on a veil or not. Leopold's mother is here and I'm sure she'd want traditional. I kind of want tit, but equally, hair and face-- took ages to do."
"Well you can have both. Veil down the isle and then poof it disappears. A holo veil!" Eyelaya seemed excited at the prospect.
Adrianna chuckled and looked to Eyelaya, "you just want the challenge."
"Absolutely!"
Adrianna nodded, "fine, go ahead."
Eyelaya let out an excited screech. "Arch!" She ran to the computer and started imputing data. "Okay what kind of veil?"
"Simple," Adrianna encouraged, "a simple one with maybe a little sparkle at the edges."
"Long or short?"
"Long enough to go just below my off the shoulder sleeves, but not long long." Adrianna replied, grabbing a glass of water, taking a few sips. She was starting to get nurvous about the wedding, "everything is fine out there, right? And Leopold has definitely shown up, yes?"
"Yes," She said. "Stop worrying, that's why you have me."
Adrianna chuckled, "I know, I'm sorry. I just keep having visions of something going wrong. We had this thing in our family where 'it wouldn't be a Baciami wedding without a bit of bloodshed'. So, you know-- don't want to be that traditional."
Eyelaya smiled. "Well that's understandable but nothing should go wrong." As if in response to the comment the holodeck flickered.
Adrianna raised a brow and looked to Eyelaya, "mhmm... Sure."
"Technical glitch. I assure you." She smiled. "Now! Let's get the veil replicated." She called for the computer to replicate one and then watched as it materialized on the table. "There!" Eyelaya picked it up and helped Adrianna on with it. She stood her in front of the mirror. "There, now. What do you think?"
Adrianna looked to the mirror. It felt like it was the thing she thought was missing, "this is beautiful, thank you." Adrianna looked back to Eyelaya, "honestly, what would I do without you?"
Eyelaya laughed. "Probably have more fun." She sighed. "Okay. Well time for me to check on the groom to make sure he didn't chicken out."
"If he did," Adrianna smirked, "drag his ass to me."
Eyelaya laughed. "Sounds good." She hurried out.
Adrianna smiled and grabbed a PaDD, once again going over her vows. Standard was easy, but only when you weren't nervous.
Eyelaya ran in a few moments later with a startled look on her face. "Um...Adrianna...You're husband to be is a chicken." He hadn't run away exactly...How did she explain it to her.
Adrianna raised a brow and her gaze got dark, "where is he?"
"I'm not sure but ….there is a man that looks like Leo...wearing a chicken suit."
Adrianna blinked a moment. She asked the computer to translate in case she had misheard. Apparently not. "I'm sorry, what?"
"The groom is in a chicken suit...and he's chasing the guests...."
Adrianna went slack jawed and walked out of the room they were in to see exactly that. This must have been a joke, surely. She didn't find it funny, "Leopold! Stop it!" She saw Mac and barked, "Mac, it was your job to make sure he was sane!"
Mac began to tweet like a bird.
Eyelaya groaned "Um...this is not good."
"Tell me this is a practical joke that you programmed into holodeck programme," Adrianna demanded, glaring at Eyelaya.
"Um...no but I have good news and bad news."
"Bad news first," Adrianna barked impatiently.
"We're locked in the holodeck and...the safeties are off."
"And the good news?" Adrianna sighed.
"We're the only two real people here. So...your fiancée is not a chicken...or insane."
Adrianna muttered a few curses under her breath in her native tongue. She rubbed the bridge of her nose. "We'll, if it's just... Chicken pox... Then I'm sure we'll be fine, right?"
"Well...."
Adrianna looked around slowly to Eyelaya. If looks could kill... But soon her eyes widened as she followed Eyelaya's line of sight, "Dio abbi pietà..."
"Huh?"
Adrianna watched as her father appeared walking towards them, "Eyelaya... I need you to get this holodeck fixed... Or get me a damn suit of armour."
As if in response to her request a suit of armour appeared. Sword in hand it began to dance. Eyelaya gasped. "And it appears that we have to be careful what we wish for."
Adrianna looked up as if speaking to the gods, "seriously!? Get me out of this thing and in something more practical like a bulletproof vest." Adrianna demanded. Sadly for her, the computer took it literally and the woman got exactly what she wished for... Just a stab proof vest. Adrianna groaned, though she was a proud person and didn't blush," and trousers you idiot." as if by magic, Ade was dressed.
"Eyelaya, get this damn thing fixed!" Ade barked as she began running away from her father.
"Okay okay...." Eyelaya called for the arc and worked madly to no avail. "It's not working! I have an idea!"
Adrianna skidded to a halt suddenly surround by all of her brothers and her father. She looked round, seeing all the angry faces, panic setting in. "Eyelaya!" Ade screamed as she started lifting her hands in surrender, "Eyelaya, this isn't funny!"
"I can't turn the holodeck off!"
Suddenly, seven silutaneous gunshots echoed around the holodeck.

Adrianna gasped awake, her hands frantically feeling around her torso. It was just a dream. Didn't stop her body from feeling like it had been shot, mind. That said, it was probably the beating she'd received.
